Our modern investment casting foundry in India boasts high-tech wax injection presses, conditioning tanks with calibrated digital temperature controllers, and specially designed fixtures for fast production. The coating department features separate primary coat and drying areas, with controlled humidity and temperature maintained by air conditioning and de-humidifiers. In the dewaxing department, we use the latest autoclaves with IBR approval. The melting department is equipped with a medium frequency induction furnace of 250 kW/250 kg with IGBT facilities, supported by a separate scrap store room for different types of scrap. Additionally, our chemical and physical labs are conveniently located near the melting area. Our heat-treatment department is equipped with a gas-fired furnace capable of handling 1000 kg per lot, fully computerized to achieve the desired temperatures in a precise manner.
